Next step in the scheduling process is to make the holiday and holiday weekend call for all of 2015.
Please check your schedules and submit a form indicating which holidays and holiday weekends you prefer to work. This is always a difficult task as some holidays are far more popular than others.I try to give everyone there 1st or 2nd choices but it is not always possible. We may have to rotate some of the less popular holidays.
As usual, I have made a form for you to submit your preferences. It is located on the rayplan website under forms. A link is provided below.
Unless you positively cannot work specific holidays or holiday weekends, you should submit four preferences for each.
The average number of holiday calls for a full time partner is one holiday and one weekend (3 days).
